Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a journey acknowledging that we as human go through a number of experiences that shape us into who we are today. Sometimes it takes a safe space and a non-judgemental ear to start the process. We will discuss where you are, whats going on and work to create some goals that fit each individual. People may seek therapy for a number of different reasons. There is no concern too small.

Family therapy is designed to address specific issues that affect the overall health of the family, such as loss. life transitions or mental health conditions. I utilize Functional Family Therapy, an evidence based model to help my families strengthen their ability to overcome and navigate whatever may come their way.
