About Me

Hello there - my name is Sasha-Noelle and I am a licensed clinical therapist based in New York with over 13 years of experience. I have worked with both individuals and families targeting a wide range of concerns such as grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, esteem, life and career challenges. For the past 10 years, I have been working with children, teenagers, and adults; helping each client along with their family,  work through their daily issues and become the best versions of themselves.

My style is caring, compassionate, and always non-judgmental. It is my belief that you should be supported and empowered throughout your journey, which I do through warm, respectful, and honest practice. Rather than telling you what to do, my job is to work with you to help guide you through your issues as a team and most importantly, as equals. My goal as your therapist is to create a safe environment where you can work towards change, growth, and self-discovery.

My passion to work with humans from all walks of life, continues to grow daily.  Having worked with individuals from various backgrounds and ages, I have had many enlightening experiences and opportunities to learn. Within my years of work, I have never met two clients alike - everyone brings with them their own unique journey, and so we will work together to ensure that your needs are met. My aims are to help you understand and process life’s experiences, patterns, feelings, and behaviors, so you can fully embrace yourself and your life with a new perspective.

The hardest step towards making a change in your life is asking for help - so well done for making it this far as I know it takes a lot of courage.
